Seeking an experienced labor & employment associate to join a busy Northeast office of a national law firm. The role focuses on employment litigation and counseling, with substantial client contact and responsibility across a range of workplace matters.

Successful candidates will have hands-on experience with wage & hour and discrimination matters, be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and pleadings, handling motion practice, and taking/defending depositions. The position offers the chance to play a significant role on matters and to work collaboratively with a distributed team of employment attorneys.

1–7 years' post-qualification employment law experience
Admission to practice in New Jersey
Experience in employment litigation, including wage & hour and discrimination matters (management-side experience preferred)
Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills; experience with discovery, motions, and depositions
Ability to manage multiple matters, work independently, and engage directly with clients and opposing counsel
