Labor & Employment Associate — Employment Litigation

A partner-track associate role is open in a national Labor & Employment group with positions based in San Francisco or Los Angeles. The team focuses on defense-side employment litigation, including wage-and-hour class actions, and works across offices on complex matters.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative practice ranked highly in market directories, contribute to client work across the region, and operate within a hybrid in-office model that balances collaboration and flexibility.

The role is seeking attorneys with substantive litigation experience; the hiring range for this position is advertised at $280,000–$315,000 (final compensation will reflect location, experience and other factors).

• 4–6 years of substantive employment litigation experience, including wage & hour and class action defense
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple offices
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) or eligibility to become admitted
