Apply in confidence →We are seeking a Labor & Employment attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join a dynamic and sophisticated practice in our San Diego office. The role involves litigation, counseling, and compliance matters under California and federal employment law, serving employers across a broad range of industries. You will work on employment class and individual litigation, unfair competition, and issues involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, accommodations, personnel policies, wage and hour compliance, and employment agreements. Traditional labor experience, including practice before the National Labor Relations Board, is a plus but not required.
We seek candidates with strong academic credentials, excellent interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, and keen attention to detail—with the initiative to take ownership over their work and career. Substantive wage and hour background is preferred. Qualified candidates must be members of the California State Bar.
