Apply in confidence →A national Labor & Employment practice is seeking a 3rd- or 4th-year associate to join its team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices, with openings in Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Dallas, Houston, Jacksonville, Madison, Milwaukee, New York, Orlando, San Diego, and Tampa.
The associate will handle a broad litigation and counseling docket, including expedited relief proceedings (TROs and preliminary injunctions), trade secret and non‑compete disputes, wage-and-hour class actions, single-plaintiff employment claims, OSHA matters, union negotiations, and related discovery and motion practice. Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom/trial-preparation experience are required.
The team seeks a collaborative, client-focused candidate with top academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage a busy litigation caseload in a collegial environment.
- 3-4 years PQE in labor & employment litigation or closely related experience
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing
- Experience with TROs/expedited relief, trade secret/non‑compete litigation, and wage-and-hour matters
- Proven drafting and motion practice skills; experience with discovery and trial preparation in state and federal courts
- Strong legal writing, research, client-service orientation, and teamwork skills
