The role will support traditional labor law matters, including labor arbitration, representation before administrative bodies, collective bargaining, and union avoidance strategies. Wage-&-hour class or collective action experience (especially involving unionized employees) is a plus.
Successful candidates will work across offices and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The firm maintains a hybrid in-office policy to balance collaboration and flexibility.
- 2–5 years post-qualification experience in traditional labor law
- Experience handling or second-chairing labor arbitrations and NLRB/unfair labor practice matters
- Collective bargaining and union avoidance experience
- Experience litigating or supporting wage & hour class/collective actions is a plus
- Strong academic record, excellent writing skills, and ability to work collaboratively across offices
