Labor & Employment Associate, Milan

Join an international labour & employment team advising local and global clients on a full spectrum of HR and employment matters. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work, including disciplinary and restructuring matters, employment aspects of M&A, policy work and LegalTech projects.

From day one you will provide legal advice and opinions, support negotiations, handle day-to-day client correspondence and collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions. The team emphasises technical excellence, international cooperation and professional development.

• Attorney-at-law qualification
• Minimum 2 years PQE, with at least 1 year handling and advising on labour/employment matters (including employment aspects of M&A)
• Fluency in English (legal terminology); additional languages desirable
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills; proactive and client-focused
• Confident drafting and MS Office literacy
