A well-established national law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment attorney to join its Madison office. The role will support a range of clients, with a primary focus partnering with the firm’s Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education business unit.

Work will span employment litigation, transactional employment matters, and day-to-day counseling on employment law and compliance. The team handles wage-and-hour matters, employer policies, and counseling on workforce issues for regional and national employers.

Juris Doctor and active Wisconsin bar license, or commitment to obtain WI licensure promptly
Associate: 3–7 years of relevant labor & employment experience; Senior Counsel candidates with 8+ years will also be considered
Practical experience in employment litigation, transactional employment work, and day-to-day client counseling on compliance and workplace issues
Experience with wage & hour matters is preferred
Strong writing, judgment, and ability to manage multiple matters under deadlines
