Immediate opening in the Madison office for a Labor & Employment attorney. The role is open to candidates at the Associate level (3–7 years' experience) or Senior Counsel (8+ years' experience preferred). You will handle a mix of employment litigation, transactional employment matters, and day-to-day counseling on employment and compliance issues.

The position will primarily support clients in the Healthcare, Life Sciences & Education sectors. The team seeks proactive, entrepreneurial candidates with strong judgment, the ability to manage multiple matters under pressure, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
