Growing national litigation practice seeks an experienced litigation attorney to join its Madison office. This is a hands-on role in a developing office backed by a large national platform, offering autonomy to help shape local practice and client relationships.

The position is hybrid and flexible. Responsibilities include handling a varied docket from day one: drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, appearing at hearings, participating in mediations, and working directly with clients. Opportunities for supervision, case strategy input, and business development exist depending on experience.

Ideal candidates want to build a practice in Madison and contribute to long-term office growth while benefiting from national resources, training, and mentorship.

Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
Admission to the Wisconsin bar required.
Experience with pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, and client counseling.
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively; interest in business development and helping grow a local office.
