Seeking an experienced labor & employment associate to join a busy Philadelphia practice defending employers in high‑stakes employment litigation. The team represents a diverse client base and handles matters before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, arbitrators, and labor boards.

The role focuses on litigating individual and collective employment claims (including discrimination, harassment, wage‑and‑hour, non‑compete and wrongful discharge matters), conducting agency defense (EEOC, NLRB, DOL and similar), and supporting traditional labor matters such as collective bargaining and labor arbitrations.

Applicants should be prepared to draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, conduct legal research and briefing, and appear in court and administrative proceedings with increasing autonomy.

At least 3 years of labor & employment litigation experience
Active Pennsylvania law license in good standing
Proven drafting, legal research and oral advocacy skills
Experience with wage & hour, collective bargaining or related labor matters preferred
Able to manage casework with minimal supervision
