Established national law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its Pittsburgh office. The role focuses on representing employers in complex employment litigation and providing day-to-day counseling on workplace policies and compliance.

Typical matters include wage-and-hour disputes, class and collective actions, and discrimination claims, with responsibility for handling litigation in state and federal court, including trials and appeals. The group also advises clients on terminations, compliance audits, and employment policies.

Minimum three years of labor & employment litigation experience, including wage-and-hour and class/collective actions
Experience handling employment discrimination matters
Proven courtroom experience in state and federal courts, including trials or appeals
Strong analytical and legal writing skills; excellent academic credentials
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (in good standing)
