Labor & Employment Associate — Pittsburgh

Seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join a busy Pittsburgh employment practice representing employers. The role focuses on defending complex wage-and-hour matters, class and collective actions, and discrimination claims.

Responsibilities include managing litigation in state and federal courts (including trials and appeals) and providing day-to-day counseling on employee policies, discipline and terminations, and compliance audits.

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification employment litigation experience representing employers
• Experience handling wage-and-hour disputes, class/collective actions, and discrimination matters
• Litigation experience in state and federal courts, including trials and appeals
• Strong legal research, analytical and writing skills; excellent academic credentials
• Active Pennsylvania law license in good standing
