Mid-level associate opportunity in a national Labor & Employment practice, based in the Pittsburgh office. The team handles employment litigation and counseling work for a range of employers.

The role is best for a candidate with 3–5 years' experience who can manage litigation matters, serve as the day-to-day client contact, and supervise junior team members. The group offers a collaborative environment and exposure to both individual and class action matters.

3–5 years' post-qualification experience in employment litigation and/or commercial litigation
Experience with single-plaintiff employment cases; wage & hour class actions a plus
Familiarity with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and e-discovery workflows
Strong writing and analytical skills; ability to handle multiple matters and run cases
Experience supervising junior associates/staff and serving as client-facing point person
Deposition and/or courtroom experience preferred; employment advice and counseling experience desired
