Mid-level associate opportunity in a large Labor & Employment team at a national Am Law firm’s San Francisco office. The group handles a full range of employer-side matters, including wage & hour, class and collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, employment agreements, and union-management issues.

The hire will work on litigation and counseling matters: researching and drafting motions, conducting fact investigations, taking and defending depositions, and providing client-focused advice. The team is growing and this role reports into an established local practice of experienced labor & employment attorneys.

The office expects hybrid attendance (minimum three days per week in the office). Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar. Application materials should include a resume, cover letter, and law school transcript.

4–6 years of labor & employment litigation experience
Member in good standing of the California Bar
Proven litigation skills: motion practice, legal research and writing
Experience conducting investigations and taking/defending depositions
Strong client counseling and communication skills
Ability to work on-site at least three days per week; resume, cover letter, and transcript required
