Labor & Employment Associate

Our client, a leading global law firm, seeks an associate to join its labor and employment team in Los Angeles. The practice is primarily employer-side litigation, with some advisory and investigative work. The caseload focuses on class and representative actions, including wage and hour and discrimination matters. Ideal candidates will have experience in class action litigation and at least three years of employment law experience at a peer firm.

• Law school class years 2017 through 2021
• Three or more years of labor and employment experience at a peer firm
• Experience with class and representative actions, particularly wage and hour and discrimination matters
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
