Associate, Employment Litigation (Wage & Hour Class Actions) — Los Angeles

Growing West Los Angeles employment litigation team seeks an associate or counsel-level attorney with substantive wage-and-hour and class/representative action experience. The role will handle drafting motions and pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings and court conferences, and conducting workplace investigations.

• Juris Doctor and active California Bar membership in good standing
• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in California employment law
• Experience with wage-and-hour matters, class or representative actions (including PAGA), or single-plaintiff employment litigation preferred
• Strong analytical, research, writing and oral communication skills
