At least four years of employment litigation experience
Admission to practice law in California
Experience independently managing cases through all phases of litigation, from inception through resolution
Deposition and courtroom experience preferred
Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple litigation matters simultaneously
Outstanding academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
