Established national law firm seeks a Labor & Employment attorney to join its Boulder office advising and defending employers across traditional labor and employment matters. The role combines counseling on employment law compliance and policies with litigation and administrative defense work.

Typical matters include representation in union and non‑union workplaces (collective bargaining, grievance and arbitration), employment litigation and administrative charges (discrimination, harassment, wage & hour), workplace investigations, and preventative counseling on discipline, terminations, reductions in force, and employment contracts. Colorado bar membership in good standing is required.

  • 5–10 years of labor & employment experience post‑qualification
  • Experience with both union and non‑union employer work, including collective bargaining, grievance and arbitration
  • Demonstrated employment litigation and administrative defense experience (discrimination, harassment, wage & hour matters)
  • Proven counseling skills on employment policies, compliance, discipline, terminations and workforce reductions
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and performing wage & hour audits preferred
  • Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills; active Colorado bar license in good standing
