Well-established US firm is seeking a Labor & Employment attorney to join its Denver employment practice. The role focuses on representing employers across traditional labor matters and employment-related litigation and counseling.

Day-to-day work will include advising on collective bargaining and union negotiations, grievance and arbitration matters, defending litigation and administrative charges (including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour and accessibility claims), and conducting workplace investigations. The team values strong analytical and communication skills and a pragmatic approach to client counseling.

Applicants must be licensed to practice in Colorado and able to handle both union and non-union client matters.

5–10 years of relevant labor & employment experience representing employers in union and non-union settings
Experience with collective bargaining, grievance/arbitration, and labor relations
Employment litigation experience, including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, and administrative defense
Experience advising on employment compliance, policies, investigations, discipline/terminations, and reductions in force
Strong analytical and communication skills and excellent academic credentials
Active license to practice law in Colorado (in good standing)
