Seeking an associate attorney to join a busy Labor & Employment practice in Denver. The role focuses on employment litigation and counseling for employers across multiple jurisdictions, with significant client contact and responsibility in all phases of matters.

The successful candidate will handle discovery, pleadings, motions, and depositions, and provide day-to-day advice to clients and governmental agencies. This is a hands-on position ideal for attorneys who want a substantive role in a sophisticated practice and who can manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Admission to practice in Colorado.
2–7 years of employment litigation experience, preferably representing management.
Experience with discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour matters.
Comfort drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, preparing and arguing motions, and taking/defending depositions.
Strong writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Client-facing experience and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
