A full-service Am Law 100 firm is seeking an associate attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice in its Denver, Colorado office. The role offers a significant, high-level opportunity within a sophisticated national practice for a proactive and motivated lawyer.

The firm's employment team represents clients nationwide across all phases of employment litigation, counseling, and training, with professionals spread across multiple US jurisdictions. The scale and geographic reach of the practice allow for consistent, coast-to-coast client representation.

The successful candidate will take on significant responsibility across all aspects of labor and employment law, including extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel. Admitted to practice in Colorado
Approximately 2–7 years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the management side
Experience handling claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour violations
Advice and counseling experience preferred
Comfort drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, and drafting and arguing motions
Experience taking and defending depositions
Strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team
