Labor & Employment Attorney — Los Angeles

A national law firm is seeking a non-partnership track, salaried Labor & Employment attorney to join its Los Angeles office. This role is benefits-eligible and is expected to carry a reduced-hours billable target (approximately 1,400–1,700 hours).

The attorney will handle employment litigation matters, including managing cases, taking depositions, and conducting hearings. The position involves regular client interaction and the opportunity to run matters independently within a reduced-hours arrangement.

Telecommuting from a California home office may be considered; Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco candidates are preferred. Active membership in the California bar is required.

• Approximately 6 years post-qualification law firm experience in labor & employment (class of 2019 preferred)
• Proven employment litigation experience — able to run matters, take depositions, and handle hearings
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Active California bar membership
• Comfortable with a reduced-hours, salaried arrangement and a target of ~1,400–1,700 billable hours
