Labor & Employment Attorney — Seattle

Experienced labor & employment attorney sought for a busy Seattle-based practice team. The role focuses on employment litigation and traditional labor matters, including discovery, intake, agency complaints and separation agreements.

This is a non-partnership-track associate position for candidates with strong writing, analytical skills and attention to detail who can manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Eligible candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington.

Salary range (WA): $135,000–$275,000, commensurate with experience. Eligibility for an hours-based bonus is available.

• JD and 5–10 years of employment litigation experience
• Experience with traditional labor work (discovery, intake, agency complaints, separation agreements) preferred
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in Washington State
• Strong writing, analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
