Seeking a mid-level labor & employment associate to join a nationally recognized practice in Seattle focused on wage-and-hour and class action defense. The role offers significant courtroom and litigation experience handling collective and class claims for employers.

The team provides structured training, mentorship, and opportunities for substantive client contact and case-management responsibility. This is a hybrid role based in Seattle.

• 2-7 years of labor & employment litigation experience, with a substantial portion focused on wage & hour and class action matters
• Ability to manage routine and increasingly complex matters with minimal supervision
• Strong academic record, excellent written and oral communication, and analytical skills
