Experienced counsel opportunity in a national labor & employment team with openings in multiple U.S. offices (San Francisco or Los Angeles preferred). The role is for a senior employment litigator to handle a full docket of individual and collective wage & hour matters and other employment disputes.

The appointed attorney will manage all phases of litigation as lead or day-to-day case manager, supervise associates and staff, handle depositions and court appearances, and serve as a primary client contact. The position includes opportunities for client development and mentoring more junior lawyers.

The team values strong project management, courtroom experience, and the ability to run multiple complex matters simultaneously. Active California bar membership is required.

Minimum eight years of employment litigation experience (PQE ~8 years)
Active member of the California bar
Substantial experience with single-plaintiff employment matters and wage & hour class or collective actions
Proven courtroom and deposition experience, including arguing motions and hearings
Track record supervising associates and managing full caseloads; strong project-management skills
Experience with employment counseling/advice and business-development contribution preferred
