Join a national labor & employment practice as a Staff Attorney or Counsel based in one of several California offices (hybrid schedule). You will work on employment litigation matters alongside senior attorneys, handling a mix of single-plaintiff, wage & hour, discrimination, and related administrative matters.

The role offers hands-on litigation experience in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, plus structured mentoring, CLE training, and career development supported by firm-wide learning programs.

3–6 years of labor & employment litigation experience (single-plaintiff, discrimination/wrongful discharge, wage-hour, or class/collective experience preferred)
Familiarity with federal and state court practice and administrative agencies (EEOC, DOL, etc.)
Ability to manage routine and increasingly complex matters with limited supervision
Strong academic record, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
Licensed and admitted to practice in California
