You will work on employment litigation matters alongside senior attorneys, handling a mix of single-plaintiff, wage & hour, discrimination, and related administrative matters.
The role offers hands-on litigation experience in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, plus structured mentoring, CLE training, and career development supported by firm-wide learning programs.
- 3–6 years of labor & employment litigation experience (single-plaintiff, discrimination/wrongful discharge, wage-hour, or class/collective experience preferred)
- Familiarity with federal and state court practice and administrative agencies (EEOC, DOL, etc.)
- Ability to manage routine and increasingly complex matters with limited supervision
- Strong academic record, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
- Licensed and admitted to practice in California
