Employment Litigation Of Counsel — Los Angeles

Senior employment-litigation counsel role in a large national employment and labor practice. The attorney will independently defend workplace litigation and advise clients on a range of employment-law issues, handling motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations.

The position requires strong legal research, drafting and advocacy skills, the ability to manage cases autonomously, and a client-service mindset. The team offers formal training and development and a structured benefits program.

• Juris Doctor and active California law license in good standing (must maintain bar requirements during employment)
• 9+ years of employment litigation defense experience preferred
• Proven experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions and settlement advocacy
