Our Los Angeles office seeks an experienced Employment Litigation Of Counsel to join our growing practice. In this role, you will independently defend employment litigation and advise clients on a wide range of employment-law matters. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, motions (including dispositive motions), and pleadings.
Attending court conferences, engaging in oral argument, and taking and defending depositions.
Handling discovery-related activities and investigations.
Drafting position statements and leading mediation and settlement negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong record of substantive litigation work, excellent follow-through, the ability to work independently, a client-service mindset, a passion for employment law, and outstanding analytical and writing skills.

Juris Doctor degree.
Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing, with continuing licensure requirements met.
9+ years of employment litigation defense experience preferred.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
