Of Counsel, Employment Litigation — San Francisco

A leading national labor & employment practice is seeking an Of Counsel to join its San Francisco litigation team. The role focuses on defending employers in a wide range of employment disputes and advising clients on workplace policies and compliance.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and trying employment cases (court, arbitration, mediations), handling agency charges, and counseling and training employer clients on employment law issues. Experience with class/collective actions or PAGA matters is a plus.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• 9+ years of employment litigation experience with significant first-chair trial/arbitration responsibility
• Active California bar admission in good standing
• Experience supervising associates and paralegals and managing litigation teams
• Strong knowledge of state and federal agency procedures and employment law doctrines
• Excellent written and oral advocacy, organizational and project-management skills
