Experienced Labor & Employment counsel sought to join a U.S. practice with openings in San Francisco or Los Angeles. The role is for a senior litigation-focused attorney to manage a full caseload, lead case strategy, and serve as a primary client contact.

The successful candidate will oversee all phases of employment litigation, supervise associates and staff, and handle substantial deposition and courtroom work, including arguing motions and hearings. Employment counseling experience is a plus. The position also involves contributing to business development and helping grow a collaborative practice.

Minimum 10 years' employment litigation experience
Substantial experience on single-plaintiff matters and wage & hour class actions
Active member of the California bar
Proven ability to manage full caseloads, lead case strategy, and supervise associates and staff
Significant deposition and courtroom experience, including motion practice and hearings
Strong project management skills and experience handling multiple complex matters concurrently
Experience with client counseling and business development initiatives preferred
