Top-tier national labor & employment team is seeking a junior associate to join its Houston office. The role focuses on employment litigation and counseling matters for employer clients, including wage-and-hour, discrimination, and restrictive covenant disputes.

The position involves drafting pleadings and motions, conducting fact investigations and legal research, managing court filings, and supporting trials and internal investigations. Candidates will work on complex employment and commercial litigation matters with guidance from senior attorneys.

2–4 years post-qualification litigation or labor & employment experience
Admission to and good standing with the Texas Bar
Strong legal writing, research, and court-filing experience
Experience conducting complex fact investigations and managing deadlines
Federal clerkship experience a plus; must be able to work on-site (no remote)
