Ideal candidates will have substantial courtroom and motion practice experience, comfortable managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and leading client-facing matters. Admission to practice in California
8–15 years of experience in employment law, with strong employment litigation background (management-side experience preferred)
Experience handling Wage & Hour, PAGA, FEHA, and discrimination matters
Proven ability to draft and respond to discovery and pleadings, brief and argue motions, and conduct depositions
Excellent writing, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
