Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join and help grow its Employment & Labor practice in the San Francisco office. The role focuses on partner-level work across workplace counseling, litigation, and labor relations for a mix of regional and national employers.

The firm is looking for an experienced lawyer who will manage client matters, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to business development initiatives. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate and maintain client relationships is desirable.

Partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including counseling and litigation
Bar admission in California (or eligible to transfer) and standing in good professional order
Track record of client development and managing significant matters or teams
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience with wage-and-hour, discrimination, labor relations, and related workplace issues
