Established practice seeking a lateral partner to join a busy San Francisco litigation team handling commercial disputes, employment matters, professional liability, healthcare and construction-related litigation. The role will involve trial and pre-trial work, client advising, and supervising junior lawyers.

We are looking for an experienced advocate able to manage significant caseloads, work directly with institutional and private clients, and help grow the practice in the region. The position offers a platform to take on high‑profile defensive and commercial matters within a collaborative team environment.

Proven trial and litigation experience in employment, professional liability, healthcare or construction matters
Established practice management and ability to supervise associates
Track record of client development; portable book of business welcomed
Active California bar admission (or eligible) and strong courtroom presence
Excellent drafting, advocacy and client-facing skills
