Partner — Hospitality & Real Estate

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a national hospitality and food & beverage practice within a full‑service law firm. The role focuses on hotels & resorts and hospitality real estate, advising on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development, management agreements and related transactional work.

The partner will collaborate across corporate, real estate, finance, tax, employment and litigation teams to deliver integrated client solutions for owners, operators and investors. The position emphasizes business development and maintaining client relationships across the hospitality sector.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in hospitality or hotel/RESORT real estate transactions
• Demonstrated ability to originate and execute complex cross‑discipline matters (transactions, financings, restructurings, regulatory/employment issues)
• Strong client development skills and willingness to lead a market-facing team
