Labor Management Relations Associate — Century City

Join a busy labor and employment team in Century City focused on labor-management relations. The role involves advising employers on federal labor law compliance and representing management in collective bargaining, arbitrations, unfair labor practice proceedings, and related court litigation.

Applicants at junior to midlevel experience are encouraged to apply; current federal judicial clerks completing terms in summer or fall 2026 are welcome. The team offers exposure to a broad employer-side practice and collaborative work across the Labor & Employment group.

• Active California bar membership required.
• Junior to midlevel associate with experience advising employers on federal labor laws and compliance.
• Experience in collective bargaining, arbitration, and representation before the NLRB and related federal/state court matters.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and client-facing skills; clerks finishing in 2026 encouraged to apply.
