Labor & Employment Associate — Century City

Mid-level associate opportunity in a large labor & employment practice based in Century City. The team advises employers on the full range of workplace matters, including wage-and-hour, class and representative actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, employment agreements, layoffs, and ERISA issues.

The role involves ownership of litigation matters across all stages: take and defend depositions, conduct complex factual investigations, draft and argue dispositive and other motions, and manage casework with limited supervision. The group works on matters for a broad employer client base across industries.

• 3–6 years of litigation experience (including single-plaintiff and class/representative actions)
• Strong litigation and written advocacy skills; experience taking/defending depositions and briefing motion practice
• Demonstrated ability to manage matters and take ownership with minimal supervision
• Admission to the California Bar and in good standing
