Experienced employment litigation associate position with a national technology- and life-sciences-facing practice. You will handle management-side employment disputes and counseling matters across a range of industries, including trade-secret misappropriation, non‑compete and non‑solicitation disputes, discrimination and harassment claims, and employment issues arising in M&A and other transactions.

The role is open across multiple U.S. offices; the team advises clients from early-stage companies to large public corporations and combines courtroom litigation with internal investigations and transactional employment work. The group seeks candidates comfortable both briefing and arguing matters and providing day-to-day employment advice to growth companies.

Compensation is competitive; the hiring range provided is $260,000–$365,000 (salary, based on year classification), and the role includes a comprehensive benefits package and discretionary merit bonuses.

3–5 years post-qualification experience in management-side employment litigation and counseling
Demonstrated litigation experience with employment-related claims (trade secrets, non-competes, discrimination, harassment)
Experience advising on employment issues in corporate transactions and on day-to-day workforce matters
Excellent academic credentials and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
CA bar membership preferred and willingness to be resident in California markets
