- 3–5 years post-qualification litigation experience, focused on management-side employment law
- Proven experience with employment litigation (trade secrets, non-compete/mobility disputes, discrimination/harassment matters)
- Experience advising employers on day-to-day employment counseling and employment aspects of transactions
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and strong academic credentials; California bar membership preferred
