Mid-level associate role within a busy pensions and employment group in Montréal. The team advises employers and stakeholders across industries on a full range of employment and labour matters, including compensation, restrictive covenants, disciplinary issues, terminations and human rights matters.

The role blends advisory and transactional work with opportunities to support dispute resolution strategies. The group works with Canadian and cross-border matters and offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a flexible billable target.

3–6 years post-call experience in labour and employment law.
Experience advising on recruitment, hiring practices, terminations, restrictive covenants, compensation disputes and employment legislation.
Comfort supporting transactional work and advising business clients; experience with litigation/conflict resolution considered an asset.
Strong academic record, sound judgment, excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple files.
Member in good standing with the Barreau du Québec (Ontario bar membership an asset).
