Join a market-leading Labour & Employment team advising multinational and UK-based employers across a broad range of sectors. The role offers frequent cross-jurisdictional work alongside locally focused employment matters and the chance to collaborate with an extensive international platform.

From day one you will work on varied matters including drafting global and UK policies, disciplinary and grievance cases, restructures and redundancies, TUPE, changes to terms and employment aspects of corporate transactions, and Employment Tribunal litigation. The team combines technical excellence with a commercial, client-focused approach.

We are looking for an ambitious, client-facing solicitor who thrives in a collaborative environment and is keen to develop their practice and contribute to business development activities.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with approximately 4-5 years' PQE.
Proven experience across non-contentious employment matters and Employment Tribunal litigation.
Experience with TUPE, restructures/redundancies, drafting policies and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
Strong matter management, ability to delegate and supervise junior fee-earners, and a commercial, client-service mindset.
Intellectual curiosity, self-motivation and interest in business development and cross-selling.
