Lateral Associate — Intellectual Property Litigation

Top-tier litigation team is seeking lateral associates with experience in intellectual property disputes. The role involves working on patent, trade secret and trademark litigation matters across federal courts, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and administrative venues.

Successful candidates will join an IP & technology litigation practice that handles complex, high‑stakes matters, including infringement defenses, enforcement actions, and litigation arising from licensing and technology transactions. The group also advises on strategic IP portfolio and brand issues.

• Minimum of 2 years' IP litigation experience at a comparable law firm
• Experience with patent, trade secret, and/or trademark matters
• Demonstrated litigation experience in trial, appellate, or administrative proceedings preferred
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
