Senior partner-level role in the Denver office combining patent litigation and finance-related work. The role will lead patent-contested matters while collaborating with the firm s finance teams on leveraged and structured finance matters.

We are seeking a partner who will run matters, develop client relationships, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable origination track record in patent litigation and related finance work are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in patent litigation (significant trial or contested-matter experience)
Demonstrable experience working on leveraged or structured finance matters or coordinating IP aspects of finance transactions
Proven client relationship and origination record (portable practice preferred)
Leadership and team-management experience; ability to supervise associates and cross-practice teams
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
