Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and grow its Denver finance practice. The role offers a senior leadership position working on a mix of commercial lending, consumer finance, card industry matters, and public finance transactions, with occasional related commercial litigation.

The ideal candidate will split time between originating and executing deals, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating across the firm’s finance and litigation teams. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome and will be considered in the hiring decision.

Current partner or senior counsel with substantial experience in finance and banking matters
Practical experience in commercial lending, consumer finance (including card business) and public finance; commercial litigation experience a plus
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; portable practice preferred
Ability to lead deal teams and mentor junior attorneys; admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to transfer
