Leading national law firm seeking a partner to join its Denver finance and insurance practice. The role focuses on providing sophisticated transactional and regulatory counsel to clients across the financial services and insurance sectors.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, leading matters, supervising junior lawyers and helping grow the practice in the Mountain West region. A portable practice or demonstrable business development ability is welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in finance and/or insurance matters (transactional, regulatory or related advisory work)
Proven client development record and ability to originate or expand work with new and existing clients
Experience managing teams and mentoring associates
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer
