Established partner-level experience in investment management / asset management matters
Strong transactional and regulatory knowledge in finance and corporate contexts
Proven business development and client relationship record; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Admissions and credentials appropriate for partnership at a national firm
Ability to lead teams and mentor junior lawyers
