Senior partner role for an experienced corporate lawyer with strong intellectual property and energy transactional experience. The position focuses on leading M&A and private equity deals, advising life‑sciences and energy-sector clients, and handling corporate governance and transactional matters.

The successful candidate will build and manage a cross‑disciplinary team, drive business development in the region, and maintain a high level of client service across complex commercial matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner or equivalent experience in M&A and private equity transactions
• Substantive IP experience, preferably with life‑sciences clients or related technology transactions
• Proven ability to originate work, lead deal teams, and manage client relationships
• Eligible to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
