Lateral Partner, Corporate — Denver

Leading international law firm seeks an experienced corporate partner to join its Denver office and grow a transactional practice. The role focuses on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance for a range of commercial clients.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, responsible for originating and managing matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and working across practice groups and offices to win and execute engagements. This is a partner-level role with strong opportunities for practice leadership and business development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in M&A and corporate transactions at partner level
• Proven business development and client-originating ability
• Experience managing teams and collaborating across practice groups and offices
• Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain it
