Established partner with significant M&A/transactional experience at a law firm
Proven track record in client origination and relationship management; portable practice welcomed
Strong technical skills in corporate transactions and excellent commercial judgment
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Admission to the relevant U.S. bar or ability to become admitted
