Senior finance partner opportunity with a national U.S. law firm seeking an experienced finance practitioner to join the Denver office. The role focuses on a broad, portable transactional and regulatory finance practice spanning commercial lending, consumer finance (including card programs), and public finance, with the ability to handle related commercial litigation matters.

The team advises lenders, fintechs and public entities on origination, regulatory compliance and enforcement risk, and complex loan structures. This is a front-facing partner role with expectations for client development, matter leadership and mentoring of junior lawyers.

Established partner with significant experience in commercial lending and consumer finance; experience with public finance a plus.
Track record advising lenders, card programs or fintechs and handling related commercial litigation or enforcement matters.
Proven client development and team leadership capabilities; portable practice preferred.
Based in or willing to relocate to Denver and admitted (or able to be admitted) to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
