An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Denver office to lead and grow a transactional finance and securities practice. The role will involve originating and managing matters across financing transactions and securities-related regulatory and transactional work for institutional and corporate clients.

This is a partner-level opportunity for an attorney with an existing, portable practice who can drive business development, manage client relationships, and collaborate with cross-office teams. The office offers platform support for growing a practice while handling complex, high‑value matters.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and securities work, including transactional finance and securities-related matters.
Demonstrable book of business or ability to originate and bring portable clients/relationships.
Strong client development skills and experience leading deal teams.
Bar admission and standing in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; ability to work from the Denver office.
