Senior partner opportunity for an experienced finance and securities practitioner to join a national law firm’s Denver office. The role will focus on originating and leading transactions and regulatory matters across investment management and securities workstreams.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in finance, securities or investment management work
Proven origination and client-relationship track record
Ability to lead teams and collaborate across practice groups; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
