A leading U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Finance and Securities practices in Denver. The role will focus on investment management and securities matters, handling transactional and regulatory work for institutional and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to originate and grow client relationships while supervising junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to lead and develop a portable practice in a major regional market.

Partner-level experience in finance, securities or investment management practice.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and matters.
Strong transactional and regulatory experience with public and private securities/asset-management work.
Ability to supervise and develop junior lawyers and work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams.
Admissions and eligibility to practice in Colorado (or willingness to obtain admission).
