Leading national law firm seeks an experienced lateral partner to join its Denver office within a combined Corporate and Intellectual Property practice that has a strong transactional and energy focus. The role will handle M&A, private equity and other corporate transactions where IP and life sciences issues intersect with energy and commercial work.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, manage deal teams and collaborate across practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters. This is a partner-level role with responsibility for business development and expanding client relationships; candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable originations track record are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A, private equity or corporate transactional work involving IP or life sciences-related issues
Strong background in energy-related transactions or related commercial matters
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships and to grow a practice
Experience leading deal teams and working collaboratively across corporate and IP disciplines
