Leading US law firm seeks a partner to expand its emerging growth, venture capital and technology transactions practice in Denver. The role will focus on representing startups, investors and technology companies on financings, commercial agreements and strategic corporate matters.

The partner will join a collaborative transactional team and help grow the regional practice through client development, deal execution and mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to lead high‑visibility matters in a growing market while working with experienced transactional lawyers across the firm.

Established partner with significant transactional experience in emerging growth, venture capital or technology company work
Proven deal experience handling financings, equity transactions, commercial contracts and related corporate matters
Ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development track record preferred
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience supervising associates and working across teams
