Senior agriculture partner sought to lead and grow an established practice from the Phoenix office. The role will advise clients across the agricultural sector, including work relating to cannabis businesses and associated regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The team works regionally and nationally; the hire will have a visible client-facing and business-development role and will collaborate with colleagues across practice groups. The firm is open to candidates located nationwide for the right portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience advising agricultural clients, with significant work on cannabis-related matters preferred.
Track record of originating or managing client relationships and leading business development efforts; portable practice/Book of Business welcomed.
Experience supervising teams and working cross-functionally with regulatory, environmental and transactional lawyers.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
